Hola querida comunidad de Foodies Bee Hive, es para mi un placer compartir con ustedes hoy una rica receta de mi autoria, mi receta favorita es el arroz frito, el cual puedes acompañar con una rica ensalada y platano.

)Mis ingredientes.
Al realizar esta receta deberas tener los siguientes. Ingredientes:
⭐1kilo de arroz
⭐1/2 kilo de carne
⭐6 salchichas mediana
⭐1/4 de kil de pasta larga
⭐Salsa de soya
⭐Sal a tu gusto
⭐Aceite
⭐Alinos como ajies ,ajo,
⭐Comino,Cilantro,cebollin ⭐pimienta, ajo porro y celery.

Despues de tener todos los siguentes pasos:
1 -dorar el arroz en ajo y aceite
2-despues de culminar tu arroz lo deberas colocar en reposo hasta enfriar.
3_Picar los alinos
4-Colocar aceite con dos cucharadas de azucar hastas dorar y luego incorporar la carne ya picada para luego sellar y dorar la carne.
5-Deberas ir incorporando los aliños junto con las salchicha y la pasta cruda de forma miniatura e ir dorando y cocinando.
despues de ir dorando todo los ingrediente deberas incorporar el arroz ya frio hasta mezclar todo .

Yo realice mi ensalada con los siguientes ingredientes: aguacate ,tomate y cebolla.
