Today I would like to present you my quickly thrown together meal.
Here already the final result for you.
It all started when I opened the fridge and asparagus immediately fell into my hands.
I knew I had to process the asparagus because it only tastes good fresh. So I set to work to peel the asparagus. You don't really have to do that, but I'm so used to it from Germany. There we have rather the white asparagus and you definitely have to peel.
Now I divided the asparagus into portion sizes and blanched them in water (with a little sugar = that takes away the bitterness).
Now the asparagus was rolled in the bacon. (Take off the rubber band before!)😂 The bacon was sprinkled with Parmesan.
In the meantime, I seasoned the chicken breast.
Now quickly sauté the asparagus wrapped in bacon in the pan.
The chicken breast is also sautéed in the pan.
And this is how the final result looked. There was rice with it. I don't have to explain how to cook rice anymore.😆
I think it tasted good. Nothing was left over.
As a little extra, I put the rice in a form to make it look like this.
I admit it, I still need to work on that!😂
