La preparación es muy sencillas y rápida solo lavas el pollo y picas en trozos pequeños y en una olla o caldero poner el pollo con agua y agregas los tomates picados por la mitad sin semillas, pimento, cebolla, cebollín, ajo, cebolla en rama, la hoja de laurel sazonas con sal. Si deseas colocarle otro condimento de tu agrado perfecto, Ya para mi con el sabor que le va dar del pollo es suficiente.
