Hi foodies, how are you all, hopefully in good health, and always enthusiastic in carrying out your activities. A few weeks ago I was very busy with tasks at my job. So I have to go back and forth to the head office to complete the work, not only me, some of my friends also have to do the work. So we went there together and traveled quite a distance from where I work.
After doing our work, at exactly one o'clock in the afternoon we were looking for a place to eat that was relaxed, cheap and comfortable to live in. After a fairly short journey, about 5 minutes from the office, we stopped at a food stall, namely the Nasi Ayam Geprek stall on the side of the road. Actually, this city has dozens of similar geprek chicken stalls, but this place is our choice this time, in addition to a neat and comfortable place here, it is also a place that is classified as not too crowded at lunchtime.
A simple place, made of wood with an aesthetic style, makes for an inexplicable comfort, like taking me to eat with my family at home. The drink bar table is simple but very impressive making it look very neat. Not only that, the chairs that are neatly arranged make everything look very comfortable to relax for a long time while having a light chat with friends.
After arriving at my place, my friends and I ordered 4 portions of rice and fried chicken for IDR 10,000 per portion, and I ordered orange juice for IDR. 5,000 and my other friends ordered iced tea for IDR 6,000 very cheap. For the taste of the geprek chicken rice, it's really delicious, the sambal is very spicy and savory, this is our favorite taste. My friends said it was delicious, fringe food but classy restaurant quality.
Nasi geprek is a popular food here, but finding something delicious, and large portions at a cheap price is very difficult, we think this is the perfect portion, lots of sambal, tasty soup and enough vegetables for lunch this time. Not only a simple meal, this cheap orange juice without sugar and ice really quenches my thirst, Amazing.
While eating together, we chatted lightly about work and personal life while talking about many things, It was very exciting and full of happiness. This is life a simplicity will also bring us to happiness. Coming home from the meal together, we immediately returned to our respective homes at the location where we worked, taking an hour's drive. It's tiring but it pays off with the completion of all activities well.
