Sunday, as usual, we eat something richer, the family is together then, but never without dessert. When we run out of inspiration, we look in the fridge and wait for some of the food to speak to us or simply to start our imagination and figure out what to do for dessert today.
On Sundays, we somehow try harder to improve what we lost during the whole week, due to various obligations and work.
In addition to the Sunday lunch I was preparing and I was wondering what I will serve for dessert today? I found the answer in bananas, they don't speak but they have already got a little brown spots, so they warned me to use them.
I don't like throwing away food, so I decided on a simple and quick dessert.
INGREDIENTS:
- biscuit for the base (how big you want the cake to be)
- 600 ml of milk
- 1 vanilla pudding
- 4 to 5 tablespoons of sugar
- 100 gr margarine
- 50 g of cooking chocolate
- 2 do 3 banane
- whipped cream for decoration
PREPARATION:
Add sugar to the pudding powder, separate 100 ml from the milk to dip the biscuits, then put a couple of spoons into the pudding powder to which you have previously added sugar and combine the mass. Put the remaining milk in a bowl and on low heat, when the milk starts to boil, add the prepared pudding.
When the pudding cream becomes thick enough, remove it from the stove and leave it to cool well.
When the cream has cooled well, transfer the mass to a slightly deeper bowl, then add the margarine.
Then mix it well with a mixer, divide the cream into two equal parts.
One part remains yellow, and in the other we add chocolate, we will melt the chocolate in steam. By putting boiling water in a slightly larger bowl and putting chocolate in another smaller one, which will melt on the steam.
When the chocolate is completely melted, add it to one part of the yellow mixture, then mix it with a mixer, to combine everything.
When the fillings are done, the milk that you set aside for dipping the biscuits, we now dip the biscuits and arrange them on a tray of the desired size.
So spread the yellow cream over the biscuits and arrange the bananas cut into rings, leave a little cream and then spread a thin layer, so that the biscuits stand well.
Then we put the biscuits again, then the chocolate cream, on which we also arrange the bananas.
Finally, cover the dessert with biscuits and cover the dessert with whipped cream.
Leave the dessert in the fridge to cool, then serve it, you will get quick but tasty and very nice-looking tricolor cubes.
The best inspiration in your kitchen in making a variety of treats, comes by itself when you have an excess of fruit or anything else to make the most of it.
PLEASANT!
