2 onions
2 carrots
2 potatoes
200 ml sour cream for cooking

PREPARATION:

stir and simmer a little more, then add the pumpkin.

finally add the potatoes,we also add water to cover the vegetables.
cover the pot, I prepared the soup in an express pot.
when the vegetables are well cooked, use a mixer and blend the soup.
add spices 2 tablespoons vegetable seasoning.
