Dear lovers of good food, I present to you the taste of Serbia and traditional dishes.
As it looked before the pandemic, the pandemic changed the way of life and certain traditional customs. The city became a devastation, at one point a lot changed, which we are used to and experienced.
There used to be customs, various street manifestations that are missing today, both for us and our children, who were waiting for an event and were looking forward to new experiences.
The event known to the people as "Grožđebal" has a long tradition, it is held every year, on the third weekend in September.
Along with the event, a good street table was always presented, from good food, drinking wine to various sweet delicacies.
Earlier, it was assumed that Serbian housewives cooked in earthen pots, today everything has changed, rarely anyone uses an earthen pot in which food is cooked. The food in these pots simply tastes better.
Today, we can see such pots only at street events, where traditional dishes such as beans or cabbage are cooked, which is served as street food.
Whenever you go to a foreign country, you should try some national dish for which that country is famous. What makes the national cuisine key is precisely that it marks the tradition of a country.
Traditional Serbian dish - grilled pork is one of the most popular Serbian meals. Every important event, celebration or celebration as well as street food during various events cannot be missed.
People have loved to eat sweets since ancient times, and that has not changed at all over the centuries. It is interesting that some of the most famous sweets in the world are several thousand years old. So today, you can buy alva, sugar foam, Jordan almonds or ratluk on the counters of street tables.
memories of beautiful street food remain, I hope that the world will soon return to normal and that the tradition will continue, which never stops in our minds.
