Dear lovers of cakes and various desserts, today is Sunday and we always like to eat something sweet on Sundays after lunch, here is a quick recipe and at the same time healthy. Apple is one of the very healthy fruits that are available all year round, but prefers to prepare cake or any other apple treat that they can pick from the garden, fresh and not sprayed with various pesticides.
Today, the apple is among the most widespread types of fruit, which differ from each other in taste, sweetness or acidity, consistency and juiciness.
I rarely buy them because the apple is one of the fruits that can stand for a long time, when they are picked fresh, they are stored in wooden boxes, in less light, stable temperature, airiness and enough moisture.
Today I present to you my quick recipe that I often prepare.
INGREDIENTS:
- four apples
- two eggs
- 100 grams of sugar
- 200 grams of flour
- one baking powder
- one vanilla sugar
- 100 ml of milk
- 50 grams of butter
PREPARATION:
Wash the apples well, you don't have to peel them, chop them into smaller pieces. Line the mold with baking paper and then coat it evenly with butter.
When you have coated the mold with butter, arrange the apples that have already been prepared in the mold.
Then beat the eggs and add the sugar.
Whisk the eggs and sugar into a frothy mass and add the milk.
Mix the flour with the baking powder, then add it to the mixture and vanilla sugar as well, stir so that no lumps remain, you will get a smooth mass.
Spread the mass evenly over the apples, bake the cake at 180 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
When the cake is baked, you can sprinkle it with powdered sugar, then leave it to cool and cut it and serve.
Apple cakes definitely have a special place for every gourmet. Indeed, they are so refreshing and good that rarely can anyone resist them.
