Dear vegetable lovers and those who are not very enthusiastic about vegetables, vegetables are still very healthy because they contain the most necessary amounts of minerals, vitamins and fiber, which helps our body to function in the most optimal way.
The importance of a vegetable diet is mainly based on the composition it contains. Boiled vegetables, grilled or can be a composition of various soups and smoothies, but in any case it is best to consume it fresh in various salads.
Somehow I'm not thrilled with boiled vegetables, but I like to use them in cream soups or grilled. On this occasion, I opted for a healthy vegetable soup that we all like to eat, the main ingredient is cauliflower.
Nowadays, cauliflower is increasingly recommended and used in the diet due to its energy, nutritional and medicinal value.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cauliflower
1 onion
1 potato
2 carrots
Soup cube
From spices salt and pepper
to make the soup as creamy as possible and a little sour cream for cooking who likes to taste
PREPARATION:
Disassemble the cauliflower into flowers, wash it under a stream of cold water and then leave it in cold water because of the insects if some hide and we did not notice it coming out.
Peel the remaining vegetables, cut the onion into larger pieces.
When the onion is chopped in a deeper pan, add a little oil and sauté the onion to soften the onion.
When it seems that the onion has softened a bit, add the carrot to the rings and simmer at a medium temperature.
When the onion and carrot are stewed, add the diced potatoes and kafiol and pour water over the vegetables.
Add a cube of vegetables to the soup and season to taste, of course the soup can be seasoned later if there is a lack of spices, let it boil at a medium temperature so that the vegetables cook well.
When the vegetables are well cooked, put the soup left over because of the evaporation of the liquid during cooking together with the vegetables in the mixer and mix everything well, return the soup to the stove to boil slightly.
Finally, we add sour cream for cooking, so that the soup gets as fine a structure as possible. Serve the soup warm.
