i like to just go with what i feel
which is not something we usually do in cooking . we usually follow family traditions and books and i am pretty bad at that . Keeping the base you cant mess up unless the mix doesnt match .
Eggs , Cream , potatoes , oignons
peppers , zucchini and spices .
To be sure the blend is perfect , cook all the veggies together first before mixing with eggs and cream .
