Ever thought pizza crust without flour was impossible? Think again :)
Today I'm sharing an extremely simple recipe for a near zero carb, gluten-free, keto friendly pizza crust. There's different low carb dough recipes with cauliflower or zucchini, but this one right here is the simplest and the quickest to prepare, as it only consists of two ingredients :) The crust is filling and nutritious. No more pizza cheat day!
Ingredients
- 4 medium eggs
- 200 grams of grated mozzarella cheese (or parmezan or other hard cheese)
Preparation
Preheat the over to 200 degrees Celsius (or to around 400 degrees Farenheit). Mix eggs with cheese and pour onto a baking tray. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
Boom! The crust is ready. Now you can add your favorite ingredients and put it back into the oven for another 10 minutes :)

- 60g fat
- 60g protein
- 6g carbs
Of course these numbers may differ, as it depends on how big the eggs really are and what kind of cheese is used. Nonetheless they are pretty impressive for something as basic as a pizza crust.
