Today I am gonna share a quick recipe of Raw Papaya stir fry. This raw Papaya stir fry recipe is very simple one. Along with this healthy, tasty and colorful Beetroot parantha using beet and wheat flour. Both the recipes are too easy and delicious đ.
So first recipe is Raw Papaya stir fry-
This recipe calls for little oil and spices. It is easily digestible and ideal for kids and elders. You can adjust the amount of green chili according to your preference.
Let's start-
1.Peel the Papaya, cut into half and scoop out the seeds.
2.Grate the Papaya and slice the green chillies into pices.
3.Heat Mustard oil or coconut oil in a pan , add mustard seeds when it start to splutter add green chilli, curry leaves and grated Papaya.
4.Add turmeric and salt.
5.Mix well so that all the ingredients mix up well.
6.Fry until the raw Papaya smell vanishes. Here you may add grated coconut. It's optional. Mix well.
It's ready to serve!

You can enjoy this it's own or can pair it with chapati or parantha.

So here is the recipe of Beetroot parantha-
Beetroot parantha is delicious whole wheat flatbread stuffed with sweet savory Beetroot feeling. There are many variations and this one is the healthy and quick variation. I am sure you will love this recipe.
1.Take fresh Beetroots peel and grate it. You can blend the Beetroot in a blender jar or else grate and directly make a dough.
2.Now in a bowl add wheat flour, salt, carom seeds, asofeodita, finely chopped green chili, grated garlic (optional)and grated Beetroot.
3.Mix all the ingredients well and knead a soft smooth dough by adding water as needed. Drizzle little oil.
4.Divide the dough to equal parts. Sprinkle little flour over rolling area. Flatten a ball and roll it to parantha.
5.Make take slightly thicker because if rolled very thin they turn hard.
6.Heat tawa. Then transfer it to tawa. Whe you see bubbles over it flip it . Apply some ghee or oil. Press with spatula to puff the paranthas.
6.Toast the parantha until golden brown.
7.Serve it hot with dal, curry or chutney. I served it with raw Papaya stir fry.
