Ingredients
80 gr egg whites
40 gr wildflower honey
40 gr rapé coconut
40 gr almond flour
10 gr chopped almonds
20 gr whole almonds
Almond sheets to taste
🥄mount the egg whites with the honey until frothy
🥄Add the shredded coconut and almond flour
🥄Add the grains and whole almonds as well
🥄malgamates well
🥄Sprinkle the almond sheets from the silicone molds cook at 180º for 20/25 minutes until golden brown.
🥄 Leave to cool completely and remove from the molds
These bars I had prepared recently, perfect after a workout or a morning of work.
I wanted to try to make them again by adding almond flour and increasing the dose of egg whites to make them more compact and I think the result is more than good.
