Hello everyone, this morning a very healthy recipe that will set you up for the day ahead!
Combine 50 grams of dark chocolate (melted in a bain marie), 70 grams of Greek yogurt or skyr, 50 grams of peanut butter, sweetener (about 20 drops). Turn with electric whips.
Then add 2 teaspoons of yeast, 25 g of cocoa and 70 g of flour. Add the milk just enough to make the mixture creamy (not liquid !!). Place in a baking tray with parchment paper, add the chocolate chips on top and bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
