Here I am friends, how about a fanciful idea to prepare aubergines? My creativity got the better of me 😂 here I am eager to offer you a delicious alternative to cordonbleu made with meat since these are made of aubergine 😋 stuffed with slices and cooked ham.
PROCEDURE: thinly cut a slice of eggplant
🍆 stuff with a piece of thin slices and cooked ham
🍆 overlap another slice and proceed to breading:
🔶 first in the flour
🔶 then in the egg
🔶 last in the breadcrumbs.
🔶 Cooking in the oven at 180 for 10 minutes (I use a wood oven) but if you like you can also FRY them 👍
🍆 They are really tasty, I highly recommend them 😉
