2 cups of Basmati Rice
3 eggs
1.8 pounds ground Chicken and Beef Combo
Rosewater
Cranberries
Saffron
Cook 2 cups of basmati rice in salted water and 2 tbs oil, until almost completely cooked, but leave it a little al dente.
Drain and rinse with cold water.
In a medium bowl, beat 3 eggs, add 1/3 cup rosewater, 1 pinch of saffron diluted In 2 tbs hot water, 2 tbs oil, 1 cup water.
Mix well. Pour all the cooked rice in this mixture.
Cook the ground meat. Sauté 1 large chopped onion, add the ground meat, keep stirring the meat until fully cooked, add salt and pepper.
Add 1 small can of tomato sauce (8oz) and cook the sauce for about 20 minutes on a low flame.
Grease large muffin tins, add a little rice, then some cranberries, some of the meat(don’t add the juice), then more rice.
Cover with foil and bake at 350F for 1 hour.
