here is Ramzan special dish Momos first time cooked by me

Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
2/1 cup of water
2/1 lb ground chicken
1/3 cup finely chopped onions
Some tomatoes and Green chilis and coliflowers
2-inch piece of ginger,
1 Tsp Salt to taste
1 tsp oil
Here are Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix flour properly and add 1 table spoon of oil into floor after that add water together until its form asmooth dough .After thatCover the dough and rest for 15 minutes.
In a separate pan heat the oil and add onions until the onions are soft.
After Add the ground chicken cooked properly and add 1tb spoon salt , and cook for a few minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
After that add some tomatoes and green chilie as well as coliflower mix fell still its became a good smoothie
after that Roll out the dough into small circles and place a spoonful of the chicken filling in the center of each circle.
Fold the snd edges of the dough up to the center and seal it by pinching together.
Steam the momos for 10 to 15 minutes and serve hot with a dipped in sauce of your choice.
