The recipe we are going to make today is the picture you see above me which is basically the main subject of today's recipe here I will try to present to you today the full review of the way I cooked chicken with potatoes
At first, I did not tell you the details of what I used to cook this curry
- One kg of chicken meat
- 2 pieces onion
- Garlic
- Quantitative ginger
- 10 to 15 pieces of green chilies
- Potatoes
The recipes that I have given above are the ones that I have tried to put in the general sense except for the powdered spices and hot spices.
I have chopped 2 pcs of chopped onion here, you can blend it if you want, but the most fun is when you chop the chopped onion
Here I have cut the raw pepper into two

Here I have blended half and garlic well because if you don't blend you won't get the taste in your mouth that way when you eat but there are a lot of people who don't like to blend and they use it directly after whitening.
Oh well, I forgot to mention above I have used two pieces of tomatoes here.
With that, I cut two back potatoes

Let's start cooking step by step
I used a small amount of oil in a pot and I used an onion pepper in that pot first.
Here you can use as much oil as you like. Some people eat a little more and some people eat less oil. You will use as much oil as you need.
Now we used ginger and garlic blender. I mixed those things together with onion and garlic and when it was cooked enough then I used some light water here so that it is cooked completely.
I will use powdered spices and hot spices when I see that the onion, chili, garlic, ginger are all cooked enough. Here are some of our common spices. If you want, you can use it as you like. I gave
- Yellow
- Chili powder
- Cumin
- Coriander
- Special spices for meat
When the spices are used, the color will be the same as the pictures you see below. This is why I prefer the yellow color here as it is more popular in yellow color curry. I prefer black color curry between Malaysia and Indonesia.
When I see that everything is fairly cooked, I will use the meat here. The meat should be shaken well so that the spices we have used blend well with the meat and it looks like it has been cooked.
After shaking the meat well, use enough water here. Do not use more than you need to cook the meat. However, you must remember that when using water here, it must be hot water. Then it will be too late to cook the meat and you may or may not get it in the right way
Within ten to fifteen minutes of using water, your curry will be fully cooked. Now it depends on you how much water you keep and how much you don't. If you don't eat a little dry curry then it would be nice to dry the water as much as possible. The amount of water I used was in my need. The curry must be yours as you can see in the picture below.
