Hello guys...
Today I will share about some of the foods that are usually served at our house if there is an event. So, because we are still in the atmosphere of Eid, today we have guests such as uncle, aunt, cousin and also nephew.
So today my mother prepared some food that will be enjoyed later for lunch together.
The first food is galangal fried chicken, this is the children's favorite menu because it so happened that many of my nephews came today. How to cook this galangal fried chicken is also simple, namely by seasoning the chicken with turmeric, galangal, salt, pepper, and flavoring. After the spices are absorbed, then fry the chicken in hot oil over medium heat until cooked.
Then the second menu is fried noodles. It is a simple menu that everyone both adults and children will love.
Then the third menu is Pecal or vegetables with peanut sauce. The vegetables used here are kale, long beans, and bean sprouts.
The fourth menu has chili eggs. This is also a very simple menu, making it just by boiling a few eggs then once cooked peel the skin and fry the eggs for a while then stir with the chili sauce.
The fifth menu has perkedel and tempeh. Perkedel are made from mashed potatoes then shaped into rounds and fried.
And the last menu is chicken curry. The way to cook this chicken curry is to first stir-fry the curry spices which consist of ground chili, garlic, turmeric, pepper, salt, sugar and flavoring. Then enter the chicken then pour enough coconut milk and add water and cook until the chicken is cooked.
These are all dishes we will enjoy for lunch later. All of them are simple dishes that are usually served at home. But because enjoying it with family it feels so extraordinary.
Okay guys, that's the food we usually serve for family gatherings. What kind of food do you always have at family gatherings? Let me know in the comments.
