So, the day is here!
I was waiting from a long time to make a post onbiryani. There are lots of shops and restaurant out there in Dhaka and in other cities.
It is really difficult to grabbed the best one but finally I have found the best #kacchi Biriyani of Bangladesh. In 2021 I was thinking to create a post of best restaurant on Kacchi Biriyani out of 10 restaurant the “best one” here in Bangladesh.
There are a lot of restaurants and I will put the names of those restaurants which are located in different cities and in capital cities of Bangladesh.

In past one year I have been roaming in different cities of Bangladesh and specially in Dhaka that a lot of restaurants which is really popular across the country. So what I did is I went to each and every restaurant in once in a month just
to Taste the biryani.
Let me tell you something about biryani what it is first, is it mixed rice dish what originating among the Muslims of #Bangladesh India subcontinental countries.
It is made of rice, spices and lot of taste spices and meat which are using from goat 🐐
And the best and interesting tasty items which is come along with the biryani is an egg and kebab.
A full menu of a Biriyani ,
• Bashmoti Rice with different spices
• mutton
• An egg
• Full Potato 🥔 steamed with Mutton mixture
• Borhani (drinks)
So I hope you already have a lot of information about what is actually biryani. So we called above information as a best cookie package which is you will get in almost every Kacchi restaurant.
So let me explain about the drinks hich I memention
as #Borhani , it is occasionallyogurt like drink from Bangladesh.
it is made of below,
- Yogurt / curd , whisked
- Black mustard seeds powder
- Roasted coriander powder
- Green chili chopped specifically
- Cumin seeds
- Mint leaves 🍃
- Coriander leaves 🍃
- Cumin powder
Well, one of my friend was really chasing this dream as you can see in this above. He is a really great fan of this drink he was drinking a lot while you’re eating biryani.
**We found that the Kacchi Bhai restaurant is more popular these days and their menu taste really amazing! **
Before this “Haji Biriyani” was use to be popular but when people started using this name to their brands, the value of the real restaurant got fallen down! That’s because of the owner wasn’t so powerful enough to change or that time the law was different and it’s hard to control the uses of name copyrighted! So out of hundreds “haji Biriyani” it’s hard to find the first one who really started the Haji Biriyani.
But for the KACCHI Bhai is different, they are really new to the market and they started big as giant companies. The have multiple restaurants across the country. Since they have stated as brand so people can’t hike their name for another fake one!
Even today Also we had a massive 5 persons biryani which was really really good test. Softer a long time later we came here today to their best one #KacchiBhai
If we compare the cast with the prize surprise is really in reasonable. One big platter will charge 250 BDT which will coast in dollar approx 3$
If you see any biryani looks like the below pictures please make sure that one is not a proper right biryani.
The proper actual biryani will look at delicious bunch of rice with a piece of mutton. So the visual appearance of biryani will pinch you to test but the below picture is what I mentioned that I had a year back from one of restaurants out of 10th.
I will not better disclose any names of restaurant are not getting any disappointment from this blog. Even I am not promoting The KACCHI Bhai restaurant so this I’m clearing.
I am just writing the truth which I have explored the last year in different 10 restaurant. They’re made special with love and with a touchthe best biryani maker of Bangladesh.
It’s an traditional food turned into our daily basis, regular taste base #food and we are so now become huge fan of #foodie Biriyani 🙂🙂

Dessert 🍨 🧁 🍮 are like the last part of our Biriyani review of today!
We went to have good Dessert treat for us to Rio Lounge! They are well known for buffet service but somehow we managed to get the treat of Dessert.
We were full but still wants to grab sweets for sweet cravings after a great lunch! So after having the sweets we came to one conclusion that the majority of us are going to vote for Kacchi Bhai restaurant as top one so where few of us voting for Sultans dine for Kacchi biri too.
I’m glad to have the last Kacchi from the rest but still I am open to take any food challenge if there is any new brand or new test are popping up across the country.
I believe the quality of food and the test are merged together to get the best customer feedback so they all
from me. Only cheese things can help others to maintain their food quality and taste quality along with the hygienic matters of restaurant. They also get to know that we all are after the foods which are always going with the cleanest kitchen and hygiene products along with best taste!
