Sunday or Monday, Eggs are for every day consumption. Healthiest way of eating eggs is by boiling them. But you get bored of having boiled eggs everyday. So the next best option is a healthy, vegetable omelette. Omelette is made by breaking and juggling the eggs well. Adding veggies makes it rich. And the trick is to use 2 or 3 eggs to make an omelette, that makes it really fluffy. Lets see how we make it.

Ingredients:
• 1 cube of Amul cheese
• Chopped onion
• Chopped Mushroom
• Chopped capsicum
• 2 chopped green chillies
• 2 slices of bread
• Salt
• Pepper
• Oregano
• Chilli Flakes
• Butter
Method
Step 1: Break 3 eggs in a ball and whisk them to a nice fluff.
Step 2: Now add the chopped onion, mushrooms, capsicum, green chillies to the egg.
Step 3: Add all the spices and mix well.
Step 4: Take some butter on a pan and heat it. Add the omelette mix on the pan and let it cook on slow flame.
Step 5: Flip around to cook on the other side as well.
Step 6: Toast 2 bread slices around the omelette and serve hot,
