Chinese bhel recipe - we all associate bhel and chat to local street food. But let me introduce you to this Chinese bhel, a chat different from what we have been eating till now. It’s made using fried noodles and sauces. The crispiness of the noodles makes it an extreme tasty snack. Let’s see how we make it.
Ingredients
2 onion,
1 capsicum,
1 carrot,
1/2 cabbage,
300 gms noodles,
2 tbsp tomato ketchup,
2 tbsp schezwan sauce,
1 tbsp chilli sauce,
1 tbsp vinegar,
1 tbsp soya sauce,
salt to taste
Recipe
Step 1: cut the veggies into fine slices. Keep aside.
Step 2: boil the noodles and strain all the water out. Let them dry. Add corn flour to the noodles and mix well.
Step 3: heat oil in a pan. Fry the noodles in hot oil until light brown. Take the noodles out and allow them to cook.
Step 4: break the noodles nest Into pieces.
Step 5: in a bowl, add all the sauces, veggies, noodles and salt and mix well.
Step 6: serve with Chinese soup.
