Rava Uttapam is a quick and tasty replacement of the traditional south Indian rice uttapam. Rich in vegetables, this is a healthy and delicious breakfast item/ It can be eaten with coconut/tomato garlic chutney or can also be savored with rasam. Let's see how we make it.

Ingredients
Rava 200 gms
curd
water
chopped onion
chopped tomatoes
grated carrot
chopped capsicum
chopped coriander leaves
salt
Recipe
Step 1: mix the rava with curd and water to form a thick yet flowy consistency.
Step 2: Add salt and 1 packet eno to the mix and mix well.
Step 3: heat 1 tbsp olive oil on a non stick pan. Spread the rava mixture on the pan evenly.
Step 4: Add chopped onion and tomatoes, grated carrot and chopped capsicum to the pan and allow it to cook for 5-7 minutes. Cover the pan with a lid.
Step 5: when the uttapam is cooked from one side, flip it and allow it to cook from the other side as well.
Step 6: serve hot with sambhar and coconut chutney.
