Good morning guys, its a beautiful weekend and I hope that you are having a great Sunday. We went to church early this morning and after the mass we went to the market and bought some fresh tahong and fish to cook for our breakfast. I decided to cook stewed tahong partnered with fried fish.
I just cooked using basic ingredients in stewing like onion, ginger and the salt and pepper. I also put spring onion into it to add flavor in the mussles.
With its lovely crispy golden coating and luscious flesh inside, pan fried fish is a thing of beauty. Cooking fish fillets on the stove takes less than 5 minutes.
So that is it guys, see you tomorrow for the next blog on what's for breakfast.
