Today I'm going to share my most favourite dish "Mutton Kosha".
So, let's start--
-:Cooking Ingredients: -
- Mutton-1 kg
- Potato pieces-4 pitch
- Salt - 3 tablespoons
- Turmeric powder - 4 tablespoons
- Dried chilli powder - 4 tablespoons
- Cumin powder - 4 tablespoons
- Onion crumbs - 1 cup
- 1 cup of crushed garlic
- Onion paste - 4 tablespoons
- Garlic paste - 4 tablespoons
- Atta Bata - 4 tablespoons
- Mustard oil - 200 grams
Turmeric powder, Cumin powder, Red chili powder, Garam Masala, Salt & Garlic paste

-:Cooking Procedures: -
- Mutton is well cleaned and washed.
- Wash the potato pieces.
- To marinate mutton, mix 100 grams mustard oil, 2 tablespoons salt, turmeric powder, ginger paste, dried chilli powder, onion paste, garlic paste, cumin powder in the mutton.
- Marinate the mutton and leave it for 30 minutes.
- Heat 100 grams of mustard oil in a pan.
- I fry the potato pieces a little red.
- Fry 1 cup onion powder, 1 cup garlic powder in hot oil for 2 minutes.
- Then 2 tablespoons onion paste, 2 tablespoons garlic paste, 2 tablespoons cumin powder, 2 tablespoons dried chilli powder, 2 tablespoons ginger paste with a little water on low heat.
- After adding the spices, add the marinated mutton to the pan.
- 15 minutes on low heat, add 2 cups of water.
- Leave it for 15 minutes with the lid on.
- Open the lid and remove the mutton for another 5 minutes.
- After the water dries, add 4 more cups of water.
- 20 minutes on medium heat.
- Reduce the heat and cover with a lid for another 5 minutes.
- Let's test the salt before unloading.
