La verdad es muy sencillo hacer estos tequeños de chocolate, yo lo hice en simples pases.
Primero hice la masa, para ello utilicé solamente agua, harína de trigo y una pizca de sal. No añadí azúcar ya que el chocolate es muy dulce así que no quería recargarla de más azúcares.
The truth is that it is very easy to make these chocolate tequeños, I did it in simple steps.
First I made the dough, for this I used only water, wheat flour and a pinch of salt. I didn't add sugar since chocolate is very sweet so I didn't want to overload it with more sugars.
Luego agarré un pedazo de masa y lo comencé a estirar muy bien y lo corte en tiras largas.
Then I grabbed a piece of dough and began to stretch it very well and cut it into long strips.
Para el relleno compré barras de chocolate con avellanas y lo que hice fue enrollar las tiras de masa; al rededor de cada barrita.
For the filling I bought chocolate bars with hazelnuts and what I did was roll up the strips of dough; around each bar.

Y ya por último los pongo a freír con suficiente aceite y en medio.
And finally I put them to fry with enough oil and in the middle.
Listo para tomar con refresco o gaseosa, juguito o lo que ustedes deseen.
Ready to drink with soda or soda, juice or whatever you want.
