Ingredients;
- 1000ml of condensed coconut milk
- 600g of sugar
- Two tablespoons of margarine
- A teaspoon of vanilla
- Half teaspoon of salt powder
- 3 crushed cardamom pods
The method of making;
First take the tray and spread butter on it well.
Take a deep pan and first add coconut milk to it.
After that, add salt and sugar and stir well for two to three minutes in more than normal flame.
Then keep the stove fire at a normal level and keep stirring continuously for about twenty minutes.
After about thirty minutes, keep the flame on low and stir constantly.
Now add crushed cardamom and vanilla.
At the fortieth minute, when the mixture thickens, add a tablespoon of margarine.
When the mixture thickens as shown in the picture, immediately remove it from the heat and put it on the tray mixed with margarine. Then add other one tablespoonof margarine.
Thin it well. Cut the pieces before going to cool.
Although it takes a little bit more time, this coconut milk toffee can be made with very few ingredients.And very tasty. The sweetness is good.The taste of milk is good because it is made by adding coconut milk.
