So, to be happy, I have come today with a delicious recipe that you can prepare and taste for breakfast, snack, dinner or even a snack during a festival.That is "egg rolls". Everyone big/small in the house eats with the same passion. This will take some time to prepare. The ingredient is little needed. But very delicious. You can enjoy the meal in a different way. So let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- Two boiled eggs
- 90ml of water
- A medium sized onion
- About three cloves of garlic
- A few curry leaves
- One and a half teaspoons of chilli
flakes - Half a teaspoon of pepper powder
- Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
- Salt as needed
- About half a teaspoon of cumin
powder - 250 ml coconut oil
- About 100 grams of boiled potatoes
- Two cups of plain flour
- Half cups of breadcrumbs
- 50g of carrots
- 50g of leeks
- Four pods of green chillies
The method of making;
First of all, we have to grate the washed carrots and cut the leeks into small pieces.
After that, cut the washed and cleaned garlic, curry powder, big onion and green chilli into very small pieces.
Mash the boiled potato pieces well.
Cut the boiled eggs in half.
Now add flour to a bowl and add one teaspoon of salt and one tablespoon of coconut oil to it and stir.
Now add water little by little and make a dough by kneading.
Now put a suitable pot on the stove and add two tablespoons of coconut oil to it and when the oil heats up, add chopped garlic and curry leaves and fry for about a minute.
Now add onions and green chillies and stir well again.
Then add turmeric powder, cumin powder and half teaspoon of salt powder and stir well.
Add pepper powder and chilli pieces.
Now add the grated carrot and finely chopped leek leaves and cook for about a minute.
Now add boiled and mashed potatoes to this mixture. After that, mix everything well and put this mixture in another bowl to cool down.
Make small balls of normal size from the prepared dough. This will make about seven small balls.
Now sprinkle flour to tray and make a small ball thinly in it.
Now the thinned roti should be cut in round shape. For that, place a circular container of the required size and cut it into circular shape.
Spread one portion of the prepared mixture on this roti as shown in the picture and place half an egg there.
Now fold one side as shown in the picture and apply some water on it. Then fold another side over it.
Now fold the other side in the same way and put some water on it and fold the remaining side to come and fold it in a triangular shape.
Now add two more table spoons of flour in another bowl and add one and a half table spoons of water to them and make a normal thick liquid.
Dip the prepared roti in the liquid. Then spread it well on the breadcrumbs.
Fry the prepared egg rolls in deep oil for about five to six minutes until both sides are golden.
Anyone who likes to eat food in a very tasty and different way can try these egg rolls. Although it takes a long time to prepare, this is really a dish that makes you want to eat a lot. Especially for breakfast, snack, even dinner. Especially suitable children will love this.
