This is the best opportunity to entertain guests. We often use beautiful colors with food this Christmas season. So, I also came up with this delicious sweet recipe of art that I love.We call this "aluwa". But this is not the traditionally made aluwa. You can taste it in as little as ten minutes. So let's see how to make this delicious honey aluwa.
Ingredients;
- A cup of white rice flour
- About ten dates, removed seeds and cut
into small pieces - About four cardamom pods
- Two tablespoons of very hot water
- 60g of margarine
- 125g of white sugar
- Jujubes of various colors, cut into very
small pieces, or fruit candies
The method of making;
To put the prepared mixture, take a clean tray and spread oil well on it. Then put the oil paper on it and apply oil on it too.
Now put sugar in a blender and add the 4 cardamom pods to it and blend it until everything is powder.
Now heat a pan and add margarine to it keeping the flame on minimum level. Melt the margarine well.
Now add white rice flour and stir.
Stir until the mixture becomes a fine powder.
Add powdered sugar.
Add dates pieces and jujubes pieces and stir well.
Add two tablespoons of hot water.
Knead everything to make one ball.
Now put it on a greased plate and spread it thinly.
Now cut the pieces as needed and put them in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
Now it's time to eat. This is a very delicious sweet dish that can be prepared quickly to entertain a guest who comes home at an unexpected time. I think we can make this especially for Christmas. Because it has a very beautiful color.It can be made and tasted in a short time of ten minutes. We can make it very quickly and easily while drinking tea. So I think we can make this and taste it this Christmas season.
