One of the most simple and quickest breakfast which is prepared by majority indians on daily basis is Poha and chai mil jaye toh baas fir kuch nai chahiye (Nothing else matters once we get our cup of tea)
So well how do you prepare this beauty, have a quick read through.
Soak and wash your medium poha for about 5 mins, drain the water and spread them in a plate so that they don't stick.
On a stove take a pan and add some oil to it, some mustard seeds, curry leaves ,chopped green chilli and sautee them well. Now add in some onions , potatoes and let it cook for a while , once done add in your tomatoes and now add all the box spices you have available , (turmeric, red chili powder if required some salt as well) Mix them well and add in the poha. Combine everything together and sprinkle with some fresh coriander and lemon and we are all done.
