Yes this time it's a fusion food where italian spaghetti is combined with luscious chinese saucy chilli garlic mushroom balls!!

For your Spaghetti: Cook your spaghetti until it's al dente, drain them and toss them well with a little bit of olive oil & set it aside.
For the Sauce: Take 1 cup of grated or finely chopped mushooms, add in some salt & leave it for about 15 minutes.
Remove any excess moisture from the mushroom mixture & add in 2 tbsp of chopped spring onions, black pepper powder, 2 tbsp of cornflour, 1 tsp of soya sauce & 1 garlic crushed.
Shape them in round balls & fry in deep dish pan or an air-fryer if you like them oil free and are a bit health conscious.
Next up in a wok take some take sesame oil pretty much any cooking oil, I prefer sesame oil for any of my spaghetti dishes, add in some chopped (3-4 garlic, 2 green chillies & 1 onion. Saute till it's golden brown on a medium flame.
To make the sauce mixture add in 1 tsp of the following; soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar & schezwan chutney & add them into the wok.
Note: Schezwan is optional & can be completely avoided but yeah to spice things up a bit use them !!Saute everything on a low heat for about 2 mins & later add in the mushroom balls, salt, black pepper, some kashmiri red chilli powder (More SPICEE). Add in 1/2 cup of pasta stock and cover it and cook it for about 3 to 4 mins. If you want to thicken the sauce a bit, add cornflour !!
Finally garnish it with some chopped spring green onions & sesame seeds.
Pour this hot chilli garlic mushroom balls manchurian sauce over your spaghetti and enjoy while its nice and hawttt ❤️
