Hello friends. Especially those who love to cook. Today I bring you a super fresh recipe. As you know, asparagus is an extremely nutritious vegetable. But getting the kids to enjoy them is extremely difficult. And this time I made them not even know they were eating asparagus. In addition to asparagus, in this recipe, I also add 3-colour quinoa seeds, which are extremely good for those who are on a diet, or children who eat solids. I used them to cook rice and added some vegetables and chicken, and created a new dish that was very strange and delicious. I bet you can do the same as me.
Ingredients:
-Asparagus: 30g
- Chicken breast: 15g
- Quinoa: 5g
- Cooked rice: A full cup
- Garlic, onions
- Condiments: cooking oil, soy sauce.
Step 1:
Wash the asparagus, then cut off the top of the asparagus. Bring to boil for 3 minutes.
Step 2:
Wash the chicken with salt, cut the chicken breast. Then mince finely. Then put the chicken in a bowl, add 10ml of water and stir until smooth. (Do this so that when stir-frying, the chicken will be less clumped.)
Step 3:
Mince the garlic. Wash 1/4 onion to remove the onion smell, then cut into small squares.
Step 4:
Heat the pan, then add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and add the garlic, onion and stir, until golden and add the chicken. Stir-fry for 2 minutes and add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, add 10ml of water and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Step 5:
Asparagus is finished boiling, then minced. After the chicken is cooked, add the asparagus. Then add the rice. Stir well for 2-4 minutes, add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, stir well to infuse seasoning. Then turn off the stove. Put the rice on a plate and decorate and enjoy.
The word "HIVE" on the plate is decorated with the stem of asparagus, chopped and arranged.
