Green Tea Butter Ice Cream Cooling Hot Season šø

In the hot season, Mia misses school, I tinker with making all kinds of ice cream, today I try to make Butter and Coconut Ice Cream. Now, I combine it with an ice cream machine to recognize that the ice cream is flexible, soft, smooth, and fast enough to eat without boredom. Really, in this hot season, there's nothing better than tasting a small piece that melts in a cool mouth.
The recipe I note down for anyone who needs to do it. The recipe can be applied without an ice cream maker.
The thing is like this:
Because I bought some fresh fruit the other day, but bought a little too much, so the fruit ripened too quickly, so I tried to find a way to keep it for a long time by making fruit ice cream.
Today I took it out to try it, I admit it's delicious, sweet, greasy, flexible, especially not frozen, not frozen... I like the taste better than the supermarket-bought ice cream. Friend.
The recipe is so easy to make, it takes about 15 minutes to complete :)
Guaranteed 100% success for those who don't know how to do it or are new to doing it, 30 minutes is enough.
Here's the formula:
I. Prepare
- Mango: 400g of meat
- Whipping cream: 250ml (you can find it at bakeries or big supermarkets)
- Condensed milk with sugar: 4 tbsp.
- Yogurt with sugar: 2 boxes.
- Tools: Eggbeater, ice cream scoop, ice cream mold, blender...
Butter is always like that.
II. Start doing:
Before grinding, you wash, dry, and then put the ingredients including mango, yogurt, condensed milk with sugar, into the machine for the process of grinding and purring.
Next, we proceed to make fresh ice cream! You put about 250ml of whipping cream into a large bowl. Use a whisk or whisk to beat with a whisk. Check the porosity of the fresh cream by gently scraping the cream with a racket if it does not melt.
Since whipping cream is very difficult to whip, you have to constantly stir it and vigorously if using a whisk for about 15-20 minutes. If using a machine, the time will be faster, but you should note to turn on the low speed so that the cream is smooth and not splashed out!
Then mix whipping cream and mango milk mixture, mix well, put the jar in the refrigerator for 1 hour, then put it in the freezer for 6-8 hours to have ice cream.
The secret: whipped whipping, leaving the freezer for 1 hour will help prevent ice cream from getting ice.
