Making:
Step 1:
Rinse pork with salt and cold water, drain. Boil a pot of water, when the water boils, cut 2-3 slices of ginger into it, put the pork ribs in the pot of boiling water, wait for 3-5 minutes, after seeing that the pork ribs have turned pale, take out the pork ribs and the forehead again. with cold water, drain.
