Shrimp rimmed meat without coconut water, simple and easy to make. The recipe I cook myself.
My family's favorite dish, my son also loves this dish, every time I cook this, my son eats rice very well and eats more. This dish is one of the traditional and famous dishes of the Vietnamese people in my homeland. Food that stimulates eating a lot of rice, hihi. Especially on rainy days, eating with soup and white rice is always the best.
Material:
- Fresh shrimp
2.Pork belly - Green onion, garlic, purple onion
(As many as you want, this recipe I used about 600gr pork belly, 800gr shrimp. )
4.Spices: sugar, pepper, fish sauce, cooking oil, salt.
Process materials:
β Shrimp cut off the legs, the sharp part of the tail, and β of the head, then wash and let the water dry.
β Pork belly is washed with salt, then boiled in boiling water for 3 minutes, cut into bite-sized pieces.
β Green onions you cut off the roots and withered leaves and then wash them. The first part is finely chopped and the leaves are finely chopped.
How to prepare it:
- Fry onion, minced garlic, and then add shrimp to stir-fry. When the shrimp have been hunted, set aside. When rimming shrimp, at first you put on high heat to cook shrimp faster. The meat also does the same, stir-fry with garlic and red onion until the meat is firm and lightly cooked. Then continue to add shrimp only.
β Color the dish: Use sugar and cooking oil and a non-stick pan. Put the pan on the stove and add 6 tablespoons of cooking oil, add 4 tablespoons of sugar and stir without stopping until it boils, and turns medium light brown, not too dark, then add the shrimp and pork.
Prepare the ingredients just now in a boiling pan and stir until the color is evenly absorbed all the meat and shrimp. Then turn off the heat and add the seasoning.
_ Seasoning: put 4 tablespoons of salt evenly over the meat, 5 tablespoons of fish sauce, 5 tablespoons of sugar, and half a cup of water.
β Rim shrimp and meat on low heat to absorb the spices until the water is slightly dry and has a thick consistency, then add green onions and a little pepper. You can add sliced ββchili if you like it spicy.
