Today I want to share with you a dish that my family loves, and cooks almost at least once a week, perhaps because the dish is easy to prepare and cook but also brings a lot of nutrients, especially, this soup is very suitable for mothers after giving birth, breastfeeding or people who are sick.
Material

- 3 potatoes

Step 1: Beets are peeled, washed and cut into bite-sized pieces. Put in a basket, marinate with a little seasoning.
Peel potatoes and carrots, wash and cut into pieces. Like beets, potatoes and carrots should be marinated.
Scallions are peeled and cut into pieces.
Step 2: Bring the water to a boil, then when the water boils, put the beets and carrots in first. When beets and carrots are cooked, add the potatoes because the potatoes are softer faster. When the broth boils again, season to taste, cook for another 5 minutes, then add green onions, then turn off the heat.
Step 3: Ladle the soup into a bowl, eat when hot.
