So today I celebrate a great ecosystem at 1.
It's really been a rewarding time here on HIVE and trust me I'm so happy to be called an Hivean. One of the greatest things I discovered during the coronavirus pandemic is the Hive Blogging Platform. So in the spirit of celebration I thought it wise to bake and celebrate with fellow Hiveans in my environs and 8 equally don't want to be selfish, so I'll share the cookies recipes with you all. You could try it out too.
INGREDIENTS;
Flour
Butter
Plain sugar
Food colouring
Cookies cutter, etc.
HOW IT IS MADE;
So first I whisked the butter and sugar together it a cake mixer.
Next, add flour, then mixed untill crumby,
at this point you need to use your hand to form hard dough. Gently gather everything together until a dough is formed. Cover with a transparent film then place in fridge for a while.
Next add your liquid milk to the powdered food colouring then set aside.
Take out the dough then once again knead on the work surface to loosen up a bit, divide the dough into two parts, add the food colouring on one part then knead until fully incoperated.
Spread out the other part using the rolling pin.
To get the plain milky cookies, you just use your cookies cutter and begin to mark out your desired shape.
To get the two coloured cookies, after spreading the plain dough, you take part of the coloured dough and place it to the plain ones then roll your pin over it lightly then Use your cookies cutter then begin to cut them into desired shape.
Place them in the baking pan then bake for 30min then boom your cookies is all ready for consumption.
Perfect for meetups, anniversary celebration like we're doing now..
So my gifts to everyone here on this amazing platform is a mouth watery cookies.
Trust me, you'll love it.
is my name.
