My home minister made this wonderful and healthy, instant dosa. Best to eat with coconut chutney.
Ingredients
Step 1
Blend the ingredients below to smooth paste:
1 Tomato ( chopped )
1 Dry red chili
1 tbsp Grated coconut
½ inch Ginger
¼ cup Water
Step 2
Mix all the ingredients below:
Add the tomato paste ( from step 1 )
1 cup Atta flour ( wheat flour)
¼ cup Rice flour
¾ tsp Salt
1 ¾ cups Water
