On my way back to Thailand. I took a repatriation flight operated by JAL (Japan Airlines) back home. As you may guess, Asian airlines feed you real well. This is probably my 2nd or 3rd time with JAL and still pretty excited about what they have to offer.
Here to share the deliciousness from the sky ( 32000 feet above sea level - Not as high as crypto these days #lol)
ONE - Salad with Italian dressing, cold noodle with seaweed and shredded omelette, Tuna salad and smoked salmon, salmon teriyaki with rice and steamed veggies, rice crackers, miso soup, choices of drinks, spring water and last but not least, a cup of Haagen Daaz ice-cream.
While I’m writing this post, I can already smell another meal coming hehe…
TWO - Stir fry pork with rice, miso soup, coleslaw, yoghurt and a drink. Nothing too fancy on this one but the stir-fry was really umami and the meat was really tender. I'm surprised they didn't pair it with Japanese rice but instead, Thai rice.
THREE - OOoooooh! This one is my most favourite one out of all 3. It made me feel closer to home which I actually really was as this is the last meal before landing in Thailand. Stir fry (or some kind of salad I'm not sure) served cold. Stir fry eggplant served cold. **I have never really thought of this but oh man, this is the best!! Mashed pumpkin, again, served cold. Caesar salad, pasta with shrimps, a piece of bread and a cup of ice-cream.
Looking at all this, already make me feel hungry. - I love meals in flight! Japan is one of the airlines that serve the best food, in my opinion.
