¡Sábado apetitoso, práctico y delicioso estimados amigos de #Hive!. Hoy hice un almuerzo que recomiendo hacer para comer diferente los bistec de res, al empanizar quedan dorados, crujientes y se hacen facilmente. Esta es otra receta para almorzar. Espero les guste y lo disfruten.

- 1 bistec, 1 cucharada de aceite, 1 cucharadita de sal condimentada para carnes, 1 cucharada de aceite, 2 cucharadas de pan rallado, 1 diente de ajo.
- 1 steak, 1 tablespoon oil, 1 teaspoon seasoning salt for meats, 1 tablespoon oil, 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs, 1 clove of garlic.

- En la tabla de picar colocar el bistec y dar golpecitos con el mazo.
- Place the steak on the cutting board and tap it with the mallet.
- Picar el ajo en trocitos y seguir golpeando con el mazo para integrar bien el ajo en la carne.
- Chop the garlic into small pieces and continue beating with the mallet to integrate the garlic well into the meat.
- Sazonar con la sal condimentada.

- Colocar el bistec en un plato con el pan rallado.

- Cubrir el el bistec por los dos lados.

- Colocar el bistec en el sartén.
