- 2 costillitas con tocino, 1 limón, 1 cucharada de sal, 1 pizca de bicarbonato, 1 cucharadita de orégano, 1/2 cucharadita de sal condimentada.
- 2 baby back ribs with bacon, 1 lemon, 1 tablespoon salt, 1 pinch baking soda, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1/2 teaspoon salt seasoned.

- Agregar la sal en la parte del tocino y dejar por 30 minutos.
- Add the salt to the part of the bacon and leave for 30 minutes.
- Retirar el exceso de sal.
- Remove excess salt.
- Bañar con el jugo de limón.
- Bathe with lemon juice.
- Rociar el bicarbonato.
- Sprinkle the baking soda.
- Rociar el orégano y la sal condimentada, envolver en papel aluminio y colocar en la freidora de aire por 30 minutos a 180 grados.
- Sprinkle with oregano and seasoned salt, wrap in aluminum foil and place in air fryer for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Voltear y dejar por 10 minutos más.
- Flip and leave for 10 more minutes.
- ¡Quedaron doradas y crujientes!.
