For today I made a quick, easy and very tasty lunch, with few ingredients but with a very delicious flavor, I used the oven to make this "Pepper Stuffed with Egg", in a few minutes it is done and the best is healthy for our food. INGREDIENTES / INGREDIENTS🥚🍾🌶🌿

• 1 Pimentón grande, 2 huevos, 1 ají dulce, ajo en polvo, orégano en polvo, 1 ramita de cilantro, sal al gusto, aceite.

- 1 large pepper, 2 eggs, 1 sweet pepper, garlic powder, oregano powder, 1 sprig of coriander, salt to taste, oil.

PREPARACIÓN / PREPARATION🍜

• Lavamos y cortamos a la mitad el pimentón.

- We wash and cut the pepper in half.

• Preparamos el ajo en polvo, sal al gusto y el orégano para agregarlos al pimentón.

- We prepare the garlic powder salt to tasty and oregano to add them to the pepper.

• Condimentamos el pimentón con el ajo en polvo y el orégano y añadimos un poquito de aceite.

- Season the pepper with garlic powder and orégano and add a little oil.

• Añadimos cada huevo en cada mitad del pimentón.

• En la bandeja colocamos papel de cera, colocamos el pimentón ya listo para hornear.

• Encendemos el horno y colocamos a 120°C, metemos el pimentón a hornear por 10 minutos.

• Cortamos finamente un poco de cilantro.

• Retiramos del horno el pimentón y agregamos el cilantro por encima.
