Dear friends, greetings. On Sundays we usually make a soup as a family, for today I prepared a delicious "Catfish Soup". Fish soup is very healthy, nutritional and with some vegetables makes it very tasty and yielding.
INGREDIENTES /INGREDIENTS: 🐟
- 8 Bagres medianos, 6 cambur verde, 1 kilo de yuca, 1/2 kilo de auyama, 1/4 de kilo de apio, ñame, cilantro, apio España, 2 papas, cebollín, repollo, ajies dulces, limón, sal al gusto, aceite, agua.
- 8 medium catfish, 6 green bananas, 1 kilo of yucca, 1/2 kilo of squash, 1/4 of kilo of celery, yam, coriander, Spanish celery, 2 potatoes, chives, sweet peppers, cabbage, lemon, salt to taste, oil, water.
PREPARACIÓN /PREPARATION: 🍜
- En una olla grande, añadimos suficiente agua y agregamos el repollo.
- In a large pot, add enough water and add the cabbage.
- Lavamos y cortamos el bagre en pedazos, cortamos los limones y exprimimos al pescado.
- We wash and cut the catfish into pieces, cut the lemons and squeeze the fish.
- Cortamos los vegetales como: cebollín, cilantro, ajíes dulces, repollo, apio España.
- We cut the vegetables such as: chives, coriander, sweet peppers, cabbage, celery Spain.
- Cortamos en trozos las verduras tales como: auyama o calabaza, yuca, apio, papas, ñame, ocumo, cambur verde.
- We cut into pieces the vegetables such as: squash, cassava, celery, potatoes, yams, squash, green bananas.
- Agregamos las verduras a la olla y dejamos hervir a fuego alto hasta que ablanden.
- We add the vegetables to the pot and boil over high heat until they soften.
- En un sartén agregamos un poco de aceite y añadimos los aliños para sofreírlos.
- In a frying pan we add a little oil and add the dressings to fry them.
- Añadimos el bagre a la olla al estar blandas las verduras.
- We add the catfish to the pot when the vegetables are soft.
- Mezclamos todo muy bien y esperamos que ablanda el bagre.
- We mix everything very well and hope it softens the catfish.
- Añadimos el sofrito y removemos.
- We add the sauce and stir.
- Cortamos finamente el cilantro.
- Finely chop the coriander.
- Añadimos a la sopa y apagamos, dejamos reposar y servimos.
- We add to the soup and turn off, let stand and serve.
