Combinar las salchichas con las papas y la zanahoria rallada le da un sabor insuperable, la aconsejo hacer de desayuno o en el almuerzo para obtener las energías necesarias para una jornada laboral. - 2 salchichas polacas, 2 huevos, 2 papas, 1 zanahoria, 2 ajíes dulces, 1 cebolla, ajo en polvo, paprika, adobo, aceite.
- 2 Polish sausages, 2 eggs, 2 potatoes, 1 carrot, 2 sweet peppers, 1 onion, garlic powder, paprika, marinade, oil .

- Lavamos y cortamos en trozos la cebolla, papas y ajíes dulces, cortamos las salchichas y rallamos la zanahoria.
- We wash and cut the onion, potatoes and sweet peppers into pieces, cut the sausages and grate the carrot.
- En un sartén añadimos aceite y colocamos las rodajas de papas a freír a fuego medio.
