I love the market samosas but today we tried making samosas at home which was very successful. Let me share with you some information on how I made samosas and what ingredients I used to make them.

If you want to make samosas, then you have to take two kilos of potatoes, 250 grams of lentils, 100 grams of green chillies.
And the rest of the spices you have to use according to your taste.
the method of preparation
- First soak the lentils in water for five hours.
- Now cook the potatoes in hot water to thaw. When they are soft, grind them finely.
- When the lentils become soft in water, boil them in hot water and soften them.
- Now when the lentils are soft, grind them finely.
- Now mix the potatoes and lentils.
- Now finely chop the green chillies and mix.
- Mix all the remaining spices in this mixture.

- Now knead the flour and make small lumps of it and mix a little cumin in the flour to increase the aroma and taste.
- When you knead the dough, make small and thin breadcrumbs.
- Cut the bread into two triangular shapes as I have shown in the picture below.
When the bread is cut into a triangle.
- Then put all the mixed ingredients equal to one tablespoon or 1 1/2 equal amount of all the mixed ingredients on the bread.
And fold the loaves in the shape of a triangle. So that the spices do not come out. - Now heat the oil and fry the triangular samosas in this oil.
When the samosas turn brown, eat them with hot sauce or yogurt.

The hardest part I had to make the samosas was to fold them into a triangle, and whenever you folded, one corner should be a little more or less. Fold evenly. The amount of mixture is appropriate.
