Happy and blessed Sunday cooking friends, in this opportunity I want to share with you our lunch for this day, a delicious chicken milanesa in pieces and vegetables which I accompanied with french fries.
INGREDIENTES UTILIZADOS:
300 gramos de milanesa de pollo
Harina,
Huevo
Aceite
Jengibre rallado
Sal y pimienta
1 coliflor pequeño
1calabacin
1 pimenton pequeño
1/2 cebolla
3 ajies
4 dientes de ajo
1 pedazo de repollo
3 Papas
1 Zanahoria
Una ramita de cilantro
Una ramita de celery
INGREDIENTS USED:
300 grams of chicken milanesa
Flour,
Egg
Oil
Grated ginger
Salt and pepper
1 small cauliflower
1 zucchini
1 small bell pepper
1/2 onion
3 bell peppers
4 cloves of garlic
1 piece of cabbage
3 potatoes
1 carrot
A sprig of cilantro
A sprig of celery

Paso 1 / Step 1
Wash the milanesa, chop it into pieces, then place it in a bowl, add the ginger, salt and pepper, mix everything with a wooden spoon, until everything is well integrated.

Then add the flour, egg and breadcrumbs, stir a little with a spoon.

Then heat a pot over high heat and add enough oil and start frying. Remove and let them rest for 1 minute on absorbent paper. And they are ready!

Wash and cut the onion, peppers, cabbage, carrots, bell pepper and zucchini into julienne strips. Cut into small pieces the celery and cilantro.
We remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it in half with a knife, and begin to separate complete heads ready to cook. Peel the garlic cloves and crush them.

Place a pot on the stove, add three tablespoons of oil and add the crushed garlic cloves along with the onion for about 2 minutes or until the onion turns a transparent color..

Then add the carrot until it softens a little, then add the cauliflower, leave it for 5 minutes and add the remaining ingredients, a little salt and pepper and leave it for 10 minutes over low heat, and keep moving until the vegetables are soft and let it cook well.

Por ultimo pele las papas las pique y las puse a freir en un sarten con suficiente aceite
