Meal with African Giant Rat

I was moving around our house, examining the bush be the side, then I saw something ran into the block, behold, it was africa giant rat(okete in yoruba).

I went to take long plank to kill it in the block, it tried to escape but I pinned it to the block with the wood and demanded that cutlass be brought which I used to kill it.

I did not take much pictures but just when it was been roasted, when it was fully dried and the yam flour it was served with this morning.
