One of the types of food made from pumpkin which is familiar in Indonesia is pumpkin which is served in brown sugar and coconut milk sauce, called "KOLAK LABU in Indonesian"

Ingredients:
- 750 grams of pumpkin
- 1000 ml of water
- 500 ml of coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 5 teaspoons of sugar
- 200 grams of brown sugar, finely chopped
- pandan leaves (optional)
How to make
- Step 1
Peel and dice the pumpkin.
- Step 2
Cook the pumkpin in 1000 ml of water for about 30 minutes until the pumpkin is cooked but don't overcook. Add salt and pandan leaves.
- Step 3
Don't forget to add the brown sugar and sugar a few minutes after the pumpkin is cooked with water.
- Step 4
After about 30 minutes and the texture of the pumpkin is soft, add the coconut milk and stir it slowly so that the texture of the coconut milk remains good.
- Step 5
Cook until simmer then remove.

Serve warm. If you like ground cinnamon, you can sprinkle ground cinnamon when serving this dish.
