Soya Chunks were called Nutrela, it is full of protein and Favorite dish for Vegetarian person. Anyway, I like it and now I am sharing with you our simple recipe, how to make it.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 Boiled Potatoes
- 1 Cup boiled Soybean Chunks (Nutrela)
- 1 Big size Onion
- 1 Tomatoes
- 2 Green Chillies
- 5-6 Garlic Cloves
- 1 inch Ginger piece
- 1 tsp Jeera powder (Cumin)
- 1 tsp Haldi Powder (Turmeric)
- 1 small tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Garam(mixture of spices) Masala
- 2 tsp Salt
- Oil for Cooking
- Water as Needed
Chop the potatoes into small cubes as shown in picture or you can do as you like. Potatoes boil them in water for 10 mins before using.
Onion and tomato slice them, it may be thin.
Boil the soya chunks(Nutrela) in salty water for around 10 mins until it became soft. After cool Squeeze the water out from soya chunks.
Take oil in pan and fry soya chunks till it become brown and take out side.
Again take oil in pan and hit it after add cumin seed, green chilies after a while add onion and tomato slices and fry it till it turns brownish and than add all masala.
