El dΓa de hoy hago mi entrada a esta comunidad de #EcoTrain, y quisiera mostrarle este Γ‘rbol frutal que hay en mi casa, Si hay tres arboles de aguacates y ya estΓ‘n dando sus frutas lista para comer, no se imaginan lo feliz que me siento al poder disfrutar de esta cosecha tan saludable y es que el Aguacate este buenΓsimo para la salud.

No se imaginan todas vitaminas que tienen y lo beneficio que es su consumo, yo estoy super encantada y ya estoy haciendo recetas para ponerlas en practica.

Gracias a dios por estas frutas que tengo en el patio de mi casa y puedo servirme de ella alimentar a mi familia y colaborar con las personas de mi comunidad ya que vienen a mi casa a pedir aguacates y hay que compartir.
